Important Information about our Worktop Delivery Process:

1. Average delivery time for
   1.1 London and Midlands 4-5 working days 
   1.2 Newcastle and Scotland: 10-14 working days
   1.3 Devon and Cornwall: 7 working days
   
   
2. Delivery with a 2Man Crew.
   2.1 Our crew delivers and unloads all worktops for our customers.
   
   
3. We only deliver to the closest Ground Floor Area.
   3.1 Our delivery team can not go up or down any stairs.
   3.2 Clear and Safe Access must be provided. Health and Safety of our Delivery Drivers is a priority. 
   
   
4. We send out email and SMS notifications, keeping you up to date with your delivery. 
   4.1 Live Tracking Link of our Delivery Vehicle is sent out to your mobile number. 
   4.2 Live SMS Updates Available. For example: "Your order will be with you in 19 minutes" 
   
   
5. We only deliver to England, Wales, and Scotland up to Glasgow and Edinburgh. 
   
   For Hob and Sink Cut Outs, Butt Joints and additional Cutting Services, please add to Basket and then send us a simple sketch/drawing showing the layout and the sizes of the required services. 
   1) For Hob and Sink: Distance of the cut out from the left or right edge of the worktop. Distance of the cut out from the front or back edge of the worktop. 
   2) For Butt Joints, a sketch showing the layout of the worktops, so we can see where the joint will be.
   3) Allowed Free Cut to Size = 1 Cuts Per Worktop. Further cuts need to be added to basket and specified. 
   4) We recommend choosing the Pre-Oiled Option for all Custom Worktops.

Important Information about Oiled Oak Worktops:

1. This is NOT initial pre-oiling, but comprehensive oiling and sanding process, which makes your worktop Ready to Use.
2. Worktops are Oiled with Three Coats of OSMO OIL, which makes them Ready to Use. 
3. NO FURTHER OILING OR SANDING NEEDED.
4. We provide Money Back Guarantee if it does not pass the Water Test. 
5. If reasonably maintained, they will not need re-oiling in the next 3 - 4 months. 
6. If the worktops are cut, exposing bare surface, simply re-oil with Osmo TopOil - Clear Satin Finish.
