Antique all-metal die cast toy machine gun patented by W.F. Schmidt and marked "All Metal Product Co. / Wyandotte Mich USA / Pat. App. For" as shown in the last photo.  It measures approximately 9-1/2" long and 5" tall.  In working condition, tested with both rubber and cork as shown.  Also included is a copy of the original patent. This example pre-dates the patent, so we believe it may be a prototype.
