US CLEAR VINYL VERSION
The song was released on March 10, 2021, and became the first solo artist in history to be ranked No. 1 in both digital and digital categories for three consecutive weeks by Oricon, and also became No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 for the first time in about 10 years. Utada Hikaru's "One Last Kiss" (theme song for the movie "Shin Evangelion: The Movie") became a huge hit. The limited production LP version (Japanese version) has become the most sold analog version in Japan this year.
There were many requests from overseas for the release of the LP version of "One Last Kiss", and it was finally decided that it would be released in the US and European countries by the US label "Milan Records". The jacket of the US/EU import LP features Asuka, which is different from the domestic version (the domestic version features Rei).
Although the songs are the same as the domestic version, the analog LPs themselves will come on different colored vinyl (US: transparent, EU: blue), and the lyric cards will have lyrics translated into English by Hikaru Utada herself, making it a must-have collector's item.
