Perga, also called bee bread, is fermented bee pollen which the bees pack into the honeycombs and which retains its hexagonal honeycomb shape after it is taken out. With its pleasant mild, sweet-sour taste, perga is undeniably one of the tastiest bee products.

Ingredients of bee bread: organic bee pollen (74%), bees wax (24%) and honey (2%).

Serving suggestion:
