POSTAGE AND PACKING:
All items are very carefully packed using bubble-wrap and or protective plastic etc before being put into a padded envelope, box or a pallet for larger items.
Postage & Packing charges cover postage, packing, Fuel to drop off parcels, and ebay fees on P&P. We make no profit on P&P.
We take great care to make sure you receive your item in the same condition as described in the listing. All listed postage charges include the cost of packing materials like bubble-wrap and tape etc. to make sure items arrive safely to your chosen delivery address.
DELIVERY:
Please make sure you select OR create the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
Some of our couriers require a contact phone number and / or an email for booking delivery

Items are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days (Mon-Sat) after receiving cleared payment.
We use Shutl, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and various other couriers for our deliveries. We may use a pallet company for sending bulky or heavier items. Some of our couriers will need a contact phone number and email before we are able to book a delivery, in which case we will ask you for these after payment if they are not in the sales record.
***PLEASE NOTE***
If you're not at home when the delivery is attempted a "We missed you card" is left in your letterbox telling you where your parcel is, and whether the courier will attempt on another day or if you need to go to your local depot to collect.
Due to this please always double check in between any leaflets / papers left in your letterbox before throwing away to avoid discarding your "missed you card" by accident.
We will not be responsible for items being returned to us because the receiver has not collected their item from their local depot within the time-frame. Any items returned to us due to this will need the postage to be paid again before we are able to send out again.
