It comes with instructions, USB sync cable, software cd, user manual cd, batteries and box (everything pictured). I have tested it and it worked great! You will need to provide your own SD Memory card. Again this is in AWESOME Condition!!! I have 3 other listings of this same type of camera all with more or less accessories but they are all in excellent condition if you need more than one.
