Scarce vanity case by Lucretia Vanderbilt, a trademark of McKesson & Robbins Pharma Company

Art Moderne butterfly logo began in 1928 with blue background. The cream background began in 1936 but did not stay in production very long. Trademark name of the line was sold in 1947. Scovill Manufacturing made the cases for Lucretia Vanderbilt compacts.
