The crispy soft cookie texture is fused with the crispy almond texture in an exquisite balance, and the apricot jam sandwiched inside enhances the sweetness.

The crunch of gentle pink cherry blossoms is studded on the surface, and the cookie dough is woven with salted dry powder of cherry leaves, which is the image of sakura mochi.

Nakahara Shogetsudo was founded in 1935.

We started as a small Japanese sweets shop in Waifu, Kikuchi City, Kumamoto Prefecture.

The founder, Takayuki Nakahara, was a confectioner with a temperament in the past, and was good at making elaborate and elaborate namagashi with a graceful appearance.

The namagashi molds used at that time are still being used as active duty.
