Please check your postal address is correct as item will be posted to the address registered with Ebay.
Items are posted within 24 hours of payment being received. Australia Post estimates approx delivery time to be between 3-10 business days.
Please remember that bank deposits can take 24-48hrs to clear and e-cheques can take up to 5 days. 
Seller will take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Everything is sent via Australia Post, we have no control over what happens between the item leaving here and arriving to you and we strongly recommend using registered post to cover loss or damage.

Returns may be accepted.
We do not refund if you have used incorrect delivery address.
All items are inspected thoroughly before sending but if there is any problem contact us first to discuss the issue. 
Item must be returned within 30 days in the same condition it was sent, all tags must still be attached and original packaging included.
