We are pleased to offer a fabulous large 2 piece roast carving set from France.  The pieces have handles of mother of pearl with silverplate blade and tines.  We are unable to determine if the ferrules are sterling (European 800) or plate.  We do not acid test as it ruins the piece so it is being sold as having silverplated ferrules with beautiful Rococo styling.  An elegant addition to any table.

Condition:  Excellent - the Mother of Pearl handles are flawless, with fabulous color and a lustrous finish and no cracks or chips.  There is limited staining on the blade (see photo) and minor plate wear on the tines;  otherwise no plate wear or loss.  

Size:  Knife is 12 1/2" long, fork 11".
