PAYMENT AND DELIVERY.

Payment for any goods bought through eBay must be processed via PayPal.

Business/Shipping days are Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 17:00PM.

Items will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders within 3 business days via a 24-hour courier service or Royal mail 1^st or 2^nd Class depending on what service you select. 24-hour service will imply a small shipping charge dependant on weight/size etc. Orders outside the UK mainland, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man may have postage restrictions applied please contact us before completing your purchase so we can provide you with a shipping price. Some items may have extended handling time of 5 or more business days EG orders from outside the UK mainland. You will be notified through eBay of all tracking numbers and any other relevant information patterning to your order.

For non-UK eBay orders some countries will be provided with an automatic shipping quote by eBay, if you are unsure please contact us for a shipping quote prior to making your purchase!

RETURN POLICY.

Any items returned without prior approval will be denied. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for return/exchange approval.

Items must be in original, brand new, unopened, unused condition exactly as received including all original packaging, tags, and material present and in brand new, original condition to qualify for return acceptance. Items not meeting these criteria (i.e. items that have been opened, used, worn, installed, are missing tags or other original material) will not be accepted.

Footwear and clothing should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging with all tags attached as this is considered part of the product.

Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping unless the reason for return or exchange is a result of our error (shipped wrong size/wrong part), result of shipping damage, or a manufacturer defect in which case that's on us and we'll take care of return shipping costs.
