On offer is an undated (c. 275-215 BC) Greek Sicily - Hieron II of Syracuse AE19 bronze coin. This coin is graded Ch VF (Choice Very Fine) by NGC. It is approximately 18mm in diameter.
Hieron (or Hiero) II was tyrant of Syracuse from 270-215 BCE. Unusually for this issue the inscription of his name (IERONOS) is clearly legible on the reverse.
