Vintage Twin Transilluminator Both Sinuses by National Electric USA Medical Exam.

An instrument made by National Company " for Simultaneous Transillumination of BOTH sinuses" as written on the box.
Patented by Dr. Louis H. Schwartz , manufactured on or about 1945.
It has all the parts including 2 bulbs.
 The wires are original and are brittle.
The instructions on how to use it are printed on the inside of the top portion of the box.
Box is in very good condition, no rips or tears.
