Returns Are Not Allowed On This Item.All warranties stated or implied must be handled through Redcat Racing directly and not RC Tradingpost. This item is shipped for us directly by Redcat Racing (drop shipped) from their Arizona warehouse. Customers must contact Redcat Racing directly if they encounter any issues with their item such as missing parts, defects, or any other product related issues. It will be up to Redcat Racing to determine the course of action. Customers can find Redcat Racing's customer support contact information on their website. Once an order has been placed we will forward it to Redcat Racing. Once the order has been forwarded it cannot be cancelled (they will not allow cancellation once an order has been submitted).
