We offer free UK mainland delivery on all purchases from the Posh Monkey eBay store to limited postcode areas.
All of our orders are shipped via UK Mail.
We are unable to accept orders for delivery to the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Scilly Isles, Sark, Alderney, Herm, the East coast of Scotland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, or the Channel Islands.
If we experience unexpected problems with availability and are unable to deliver your order within 3 working days, our Customer Service Team will send an email informing you of this.
Failed delivery attempts will be carded and shown on the courier-tracking page.
You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
We are unable to offer any combined shipping discounts; multiple items may be dispatched separately.
All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.
Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
We will always endeavour to get your purchases to you within the delivery timescale specified, however, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made within this period, nor accept liability for deliveries that are made outside of it.
All orders are being dispatched after receiving cleared payment.
The courier would need another 2 to 3 working days to deliver the item to you. Please bear in mind that we don't process orders or ship on Saturdays and Sundays. We would greatly appreciate it if you keep that in mind when making an order and contacting us first if you have any concerns regarding the delivery time before leaving negative feedback.

At Posh Monkey we are committed to selling high-quality products we hope that you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect, and you wish to return the item, you must notify us within 30 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.
Please contact us through eBay messages to request a refund.
We are happy to refund the item providing it is returned unuséd, in its original packaging with all accessories.
All returns of products are made at your own risk. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery method.
The refund will be processed excluding the original delivery cost and the cost of returning the product/s which must be borne by you.
Faulty Items
If your item develops a fault, please notify us through eBay messages. In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of delivery, a full refund, including postage costs will be issued following receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Please use eBay messages to notify us that your item has developed a fault and start the returns process. If the item becomes faulty after 30 days but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or a full or partial cost of item refund, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Incorrect Orders/Substitutes
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies. Please contact us through eBay messages to request a refund. Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund. We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.

For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay user name. Please print and enclose a copy of your original PayPal transaction. Please allow up to 30 working days to test and process returns. Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction. The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.
