5mtr 12v Split Charge Relay Kit with 140amp Intelligent Voltage Sense Relay
Top quality and very simple to install heavy duty voltage sense split charge relay system suitable for safely charging 75amp to 220amp leisure batteries.
This type of kit is suitable for Camper Vans, Motor homes, 4x4s, Day Vans, Mobile workshops,Cars or Boats.
Voltage sense systems are especially suited for modern vehicles with canbus controlled wiring as this type of kit does not need an ignition feed or any additional wiring and are very simple kit to install, all you need to do is to connect your starter battery to your leisure battery(s) by using the kit supplied, with very easy to understand fitting instructions and a wiring diagram.
The voltage sense relay simply detects the rise in voltage from you vehicles charging system to allow you to charge your leisure battery(s) while your engine is running. When your engine is switched off, the relay will isolate your leisure battery(s) from your main starter battery. So it does not drain your main starter battery and you will always be able to start your vehicle.

- 5mtrs 110amp 10mm² Red Power Cable
- 1mtr 110amp 10mm² Black Earth Cable
- Pair 8mm Post Type Battery Terminals
- 2 x Fuse holders & 100A Fuses including 2 spares.
- Crimp or solder ring Terminals to connect everything together.
- Heat shrink to protect all the connections.
- 15 x Cable ties + 10 x adhesive cable tie fixings to keep everything tidy.
- 15 x fixing screws
- Drill bit
- 2 x sticky pads to use if required
- 2mtr Split conduit to protect cables in Engine bay.

A very simple kit to install, all you need to do is to connect your starter battery to your leisure battery(s) by using the kit supplied, with the easy to understand fitting instructions and a wiring diagram.
The voltage sense relay simply detects the rise in voltage from you vehicles charging system when it exceeds 13.3v to allow you to charge your leisure battery(s) while your engine is running. When your engine is switched off and the battery voltage drops below 12.8v the relay will isolate your leisure battery(s) from your main starter battery so it does not drain your main starter battery and you will always be able to start your vehicle.
All of the range of 140amp voltage sensitive relays are dual sensing meaning that if a charging voltage like through a mains charger or solar panel is applied to the leisure battery that exceeds the relay activation voltage of 13.3v it will activate the relay to allow this charging device to also maintain the starter battery.
