Once "We" deliver the artwork to the USPS for shipping, the delivery is between you and your Post Office, for the delivery is out of our control UNLESS you purchase a Tracking Number. Once we ship the decal at the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have fulfilled our obligation to the customer and we are not responsible for shipping delays unless you purchase a tracking number.

Shipping Does not mean that you will get the product in 3-5 days - It refers to when "We" will be able to process and produce your image due to our work flow as well as to How Long The United States Postal Service (USPS) takes in delivering the artwork to you... In the Past, it has taken up to 3 to 4 WEEKS for the USPS to complete it's delivery...
