Wirelessly monitor video on a multicam production with this Teradek Serv Pro Kit with Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router put together by B&H. The kit includes two Serv Pro monitoring systems and the Link dual-band Wi-Fi router with a V mount battery plate.

The Serv Pro units connect to the cameras via SDI or HDMI and send signals up to 1080p over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the video can be monitored via a free-to-download iOS app. The Link dual-band Wi-Fi router routes the signals from the Serv Pro units up to 1000' away, without any signal degradation. The Link can be powered by an AC power supply or via a separately available battery using its integrated V mount battery plate.

Teradek Serv Pro

Designed to be used on set for single or multicam productions, the Teradek Serv Pro is the foundation of Teradek's network-based video monitoring system. Connect the Serv Pro unit to your camera's SDI or HDMI port, and up to 10 iOS, Android, or macOS devices running the free Vuer app can monitor the camera's video signal in resolutions up to 1080p with minimal 2-frame latency.

The Serv Pro can achieve this through efficient H.264 compression schemes, which maintain a high standard of video quality without requiring the massive bandwidth of uncompressed video solutions. Since the transmission is Wi-Fi based, the Serv Pro can be integrated into your local network for increased versatility. Multiple Serv Pro units can be linked over the same network for multicamera monitoring functionalities. One iPad or smartphone can monitor up to four simultaneous feeds at the same 1080p resolution and 2-frame latency as a single feed.

Stream Using Local Networks

The Serv Pro connects to cameras via HDMI or 3G-SDI and streams over 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet to iOS, Android, or macOS devices connected to the same network. Each unit supports up to 10 simultaneous connections, whether you connect directly to Serv Pro or to the same wireless access point.

High-Definition at Low Latency

Each Serv Pro feed is streamed at 1080p with just a 2-frame delay. The video stream also includes a stereo audio channel that can be enabled or disabled from the Vuer iOS/Android application.

Complements other Wireless Solutions

The Serv Pro operates on 5 GHz Wi-Fi and is a complementary tool to zero delay wireless systems like the Bolt series. With proper frequency management, these systems will work together without interference.

Vuer iOS App

The Vuer application for iOS puts an entire cinematographer's toolset in your hands, allowing you to use tools such as vectorscopes, false color, focus peaking, and more on each Serv Pro feed you're monitoring. The application is free to use and can be customized to allow users full or limited access to the toolset. Vuer can monitor up to 4 Serv Pro feeds at the same time, all in 1080p, and all at the same 2-frame delay.

Teradek Link Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router (V-Mount)

Designed for connecting professional video equipment, the Teradek Link Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router is more robust than consumer routers and access points, plus it can be powered by a separately available V mount battery in remote locations. Teradek devices that use Wi-Fi can benefit from the greater throughput provided by the Link and its 1000' range. A light stand adapter is included for mounting versatility. A power supply, a 2-pin to D-Tap cable, and an Ethernet cable are also included.

Dual Band 2.4 / 5 GHz | 802.11ac Wi-Fi

Supports common Wi-Fi standards, such as 802.11ac, and legacy Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n standards for compatibility with a wide range of devices. 1000' coverage is provided for connecting to on-set devices.

High Throughput and Interference Resistant

Link's quad core processor and significant internal memory ensure high data throughput despite numerous clients utilizing the network at once. Compared to typical consumer access points, Link offers optimized buffering and packet re-transmission, allowing you to maintain a consistent connection even in tough RF environments.

Rugged Design

Link's aluminum chassis allows it to withstand the daily abuse common in production environments or in the field. With several 1/4"-20 mounts, the device can easily be mounted onto light stands, DIT carts, or OB vans.

PoE Power

Link's passive PoE connection allows the system to be powered in line with the Teradek Sphere or any other PoE injector for a more streamlined setup on set.

Network Security

Link offers standard WiFi network protection, including WEP, WPA, and WPA2 security.

Teradek Mounting Bracket for Cube 605

The Cube 605 Mounting Bracket from Teradek is used to provide additional mounting options for the Cube 605. Simply attach the bracket with the two included body screws and utilize the included 1/4 20” bolts to mount on plates and other threaded 1/4 20” points. The threaded 1/4 20” points can be used with camera arms and stands.
