I've listed this as used but it actually is new.
The box has shelf wear and some water staining which is why I am listing as used.
I have opened the box and the styrofoam packing is clean.
I inspected the teapot which also is very clean and sharp looking!
No chips, cracks or repairs!
Very charming teapot for the Dept. 56 collector!
