It is a completely handmade canopy hand-knitted by a Komuso performer using a handicraft craft band.

Speaking of materials used for conventional canopies, expensive bamboo or bargain materials using rush are the mainstream.

Bamboo products are difficult to produce and there are few producers, so the price is nearly four times that of rush products. With a canopy made of a new material (handicraft craft band), there is almost no loss of shape, deformation, or fading due to aging, and the price is at the same level as rush, making it a product with high cost performance.
