A beautiful two piece set of a teacup and a base plate saucer. Marked on bottom of the teacup with a Tongzhi, appears to be stamp, indicating antique Chinese Qing dynasty Guangxu Period (1875-1908 CE).

A great object for study or display, this will make a nice addition to any student or appreciators collection of Chinese art and artifacts.

Two chip on the teacups rim, as well as two corresponding hairlines extending down from these chips - hairline dimensions: one approximately 1" and one approximately 1/4". The base has a significant chip on the rim, as well as a 3/8" hairline extending down. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering.
