Warranty only covers functioning issue, not cosmetic issues. If our products need service within warranty period, customer should contact us for an RMA authorization number first before shipping items back. We will either replace, repair or refund based on our own considerations. Usually refund will be issued only when we do not have the same/similar/better items for replacement. Buyer pays all shipping/handling fees for items returned to store for warranty.

Because products are refurbished/off-lease, we do not assume any responsibility for any software issues, only hardware. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the item purchased.
