Items that are to be returned should be in there original packaging including bags, cardboard, polystyrene holders & protectors, inc all accessories (i.e.remotes, leads, batteries, etc) unless an exception has already been agreed prior.

All items come with a minimum 1 year Manufacturers guarantee (this does not cover pre-owned items) which covers parts and labour for repair purposes.

Some items are not covered under this guarantee are user replaceable items that are subject to wear and tear. These include mixer cross faders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles) lamps which cannot be guaranteed (faulty on arrival does not apply to the "not covered" rule).

Unwanted Items
If you are unhappy or just no longer require any purchased item from UKDJ - DFB Sound & Light Warehouse Limited, please notify us within 14 of receipt of the item you are entitled to return the item for a refund or exchange. If you decide you wish to return the item please contact us as soon as possible either by email or phone on our business seller information page, through ebay messages or direct by phone (See Business seller information below listing). It is your responsibility to return the item to us. unwanted item must be returned in its original packaging. Depending on the reason for return we ask for a fair system, if the item is an exchange balances will been meet and any additional cost or reductions will be discussed prior to the replacement despatch.We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Item recieved damaged/faulty
If you receive an item which is either damaged or faulty out of the box you are entitled to a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of the issue within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you receive a damaged/faulty item please contact us immediately. We will then arrange for the item(s) to collect or you will be provided a returns label to send back via you local post office. When we have received the item back it will be checked to confirm the fault. Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded.

Warranty
All goods have a 1 year warranty manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated) with the exception of goods which are classed as “Consumables”. Consumables are replaceable items such as lamps, batteries, Speaker Drivers, horns, tweeters, and such wear out products. if you have a faulty item even after 14 days we will collect this item upto 28 days of your item purchase date. anyuthing older than 28 days It will be your responsibility to return the item(s) to us. You must contact us prior to any warrenty return. All Warranty repairs will be sorted as priority, if the item is not fixed with a reasonable period (i.e. 3-4 weeks) replacements or funds will be looked at.


Item has been returned inside of 28 days will be replaced where possible subject to stock availability.

Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well.  If item(s) are damaged in transit and it has not been packaged sufficiently may void any warranty.

DFB Was Original founded in 1958 on the Nottingham High Street as a Valve Shop, over many years the company expanded into 100v Line and Telecomunications, Bought out by there own staff, Shaun Palmer & Mark Atkin have run the business since September 2000 and expanded in Disco DJ and Installs. DFB has always been and will remain to be a highly professional run business, with freindly and polite staff.

We have a great customer service and the majority of our sales are local people coming in to see us, the development of the internet has made the world small and more customers can be reached through mediums such as ebay and our own website, whilst not face to face we ensure to give as much advice and treat every customer with the care that has made us a continued success.

We are Honest and are not looking to rule the world, or even line our pockets, just doing the job is enough and this is why we continue to be a small business, the £ or Dollar as they say is NOT the be all and end all.
