- The San Francisco Sea Lions are the most well known N***o League baseball team from San Francisco; playing in the West Coast N***o Baseball League in 1946. The league folded midseason, but the team continued to barnstorm afterwards. Although they were called the Sea Lions, the front of their jerseys featured a cub. The team had purchased their uniforms from the semi-pro club called the San Francisco Cubs, a lesser known local team. The Cubs rarely played in San Francisco and traveled the country year round. While little information is available about the teams, both the Sea Lions and Cubs were known to have toured Canada where they played in tournaments.
