Electrodes made of pure copper for the Zapper Armand Hulda Clark 01 and 04. Hand-machined and polished.

The product set includes two pieces of copper electrodes.

The electrodes are compatible with a cables with 4 mm connector.

Lead-free soldering

The production of electrodes consists of several stages: cutting a copper tube, drilling a hole in the copper plug, attaching a 4 mm banana socket to the plug, soldering the tube with one solid plug and one plug with a banana socket. Soldering is based on lead-free solder, in accordance with the EU ROHS directive (directive on the restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment). Then comes the most difficult production stage: polishing the electrodes with polishing paste. The electrodes darken after some time, this is a natural phenomenon. Darkening is caused by contact with air or human skin.

The tradition of using copper

The most important element of the electrodes is its composition - pure copper. Pure copper has been known for centuries and was used in ancient times in Egypt and Greece. In archeology the concept of the Chalcolithic Age, also known as the Eneolithic, is used, i.e. the Copper Age, which lasted for about 2,400 years before the birth of Christ. In Egypt, the Chalcolithic period lasted from 5500 to 3100 BC.

Copper asepticity

Ancient communities appreciated the ease of obtaining and processing it, its beautiful appearance and, most importantly, the fact that it is antibacterial! Even surgical tools were made from an alloy of copper and tin, i.e. bronze, in ancient times.

Copper conducts electricity perfectly

Another extremely important feature of copper is its very good electrical conductivity. Copper wires are used to make connections in electronic devices, and copper cables are used to transport electricity and transmit digital data over long distances. To sum up, copper, as a material for Zapper electrodes, is antibacterial and has excellent electrical conductivity.

Copper does not cause allergies

Our copper electrodes do not cause allergies. Cheap INOX stainless steel electrodes, produced by other companies, contain metal, nickel and chromium, which cause severe allergies and reactions in most people. Nickel and chromium are released from stainless steel electrodes under the influence of acidic sweat, causing allergies.
