IT APPEARS TO SAY "KRISTEN" OR "TRISTEN" BRUZZONE.  EVEN WITH THE LOUPE I WASN'T ABLE TO POSITIVELY IDENTIFY THE ARTIST.  

THE INSIDE IS LINED WITH RED VELVET WHICH IS IN GOOD SHAPE TOO. 

THE BOX IS RECTANGULAR AND MEASURES 4" X 3" AND IS 2" TALL
