This is a beautiful plate with vibrant colors manufactured by Ensco and officially authorized by Mattel.  A  CofA is included with the number 1321 which is hand painted on the back of the plate.  This plate was limited to one year of production.  It is not to be used for food. It is strictly for decorative purposes.  This item has been living in a smoke-free, pet-free and air-conditioned environment while in my care.  Please contact me before making a purchase with questions or if you would like more photos.  Combined shipping is available.
