Purchase instructions

After you purchase this repair please state your colour, model and value of the phone for insurance purposes whilst in return transit.

Post or drop your phone in to us (if dropping the phone in a time slot will need to be arranged after purchase).

We highly recommend using special delivery with Royal Mail stating the value of the phone for postage, this will cover the full cost if it were to be lost in transit (always create a backup of your phone before posting or having any repairs), this is the method of which we will return your phone and this is including in the purchase price fully insured.

If the part needs replacing we will replace it with a brand new OEM one. The repair will only take a maximum of 2 hours , if we receive in the morning we will have the phone repaired and sent back in the same day, sometimes you can receive your phone back repaired in only 2 days from leaving your hands depending on postage, weekends etc.

All Deliveries Will be made to the address that is associated with your account, we advise checking this is the correct address before purchasing as well as making sure your phone number is up to date.
