User Instructions
1. Have the unit switched on with the disc tray open
2. Using the player's own remote press the following buttons in sequence

3. Aim the upgrade remote at the unit and press and release the button (The LED will flash once)
4. Press the 0 button on the player's remote.
* Please note that steps 2,3 and 4 must be done quite quickly so you may need a few attempts to succeed *
3. Wait at least 10 seconds before switching the unit off and disconnecting it from the power.
4. Wait at least 5 seconds before reconnecting the power and testing playback of a DVD from another region.
Compatible DVD players listed in Numeric (number) order
Ignore any letters after the model number - for example DVD-S38EB is listed as DVD-S38
