Bought here on eBay as I had no money left at the show... 

I'm emptying my collection with things I'm not much of a fan anymore.

So if you're a Bon Jovi fan, this is a perfect match, for a rare, and in very good shape tour program.

It also has autographs of the four band members (Jon, Richie, Dave and Tico, no Hugh McDonald) in it. But no certificate, I bought it like this.
