We take the highest degree of care when packaging items, we use a secure box filled with loosefill chips or bubblewrap to ensure that products are protected as well as can be.

Note: Although the best care and attention is made in our listings, sometimes the final produced product may vary slightly from the image. Normally these changes are so minor they go unnoticed but if you do recieve an item that you deem to be significantly different to the image or are unhappy with then please send us an eBay message so we can rectify any issues for you.

Note: On rare occasions, fragile items may arrive damaged - unfortunately this is the nature of the products we sell. We take every precauction to make sure this doesn't happen but if you are one of the small number of people that do recieve a damaged item, please contact us on eBay messages and we will rectify the issue for you.

Velozone is a UK based business with multiple warehouses around the UK. It is important that you check the handling times or estimated delivery dates of some of our items before purchasing as they may be held in one of our overspill warehouses.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 60 days of the receipt of your parcel, if you need to return to an item, please open an eBay returns case with the appropriate reason for return. We will accept your request at our earliest opportunity.Please note, the item MUST come back to us in the exact same condition it left us in so we're able to sell it onto another customer just the way you'd like to receive it yourself -  overseas returns must be declared as a RETURN on all paperwork to avoid delays with customs.
 
Extra Charges (Overseas Customers)
It is important to note that customers living on remote islands or hard to get to locations may be subject to extra shipping charges, eBay do not take these into consideration when providing a shipment charge. We will always notify customers to let them know that this is the case beforehand and will not ship the parcel before speaking to them first.
 
Import Duties / Handling Fees
If you are outside the UK then you may be liable for charges issued by your local government, these charges are out of our control and are your responsibility to pay. Failure to pay will result in the item being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. This procedure is backed by eBay and even opening an eBay case will make no difference to the outcome. DO NOT ASK US TO REDUCE THE VALUE ON THE INVOICE, WE WILL JUST IGNORE THE MESSAGE
