Prior to dismantling all vehicles have been checked with our Mercedes Star Diagnostic scanner to help prevent selling faulty parts, but 

occasionally problems occur and therefore we give a minimum of 30 days warranty on every part we sell, terms and conditions apply.

Please bear in mind we do sell secondhand car parts and inevitably they do have wear & tear marks from day to day use. 

If you wish to receive additional photos or description of parts please do not hesitate to ask us.

Shipping

You are welcome to come and collect the goods in person but ONLY BY APPOINTMENT.

We ship to anywhere in UK and Worldwide, UK delivery costs only cover Mainland and do not cover Highlands

Islands or Northern Ireland, for shipment abroad or anywhere else in UK please ask us for a quotation. 

Under normal circumstances we dispatch items within one working day.

Orders under 2 kg are either delivered using Royal Mail or Economy service - check eBay postage description.

Orders over 2kg are usually delivered using a 48 hour courier service - check eBay postage description.

If you do wish to receive your item faster than 48 hours then please contact us on 

Most of our dispatched parcels have a tracking number and if you wish to obtain it please just ask.

Terms and conditions

1. Parts will carry a minimum guarantee of 30 days and only parts listed for sale are covered by the guarantee/warranty. 

Any ancillaries left on the parts e.g. sensors, manifolds, mounts, hoses, belts, covers are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.

If any part covered by the guarantee/warranty supplied by ourselves proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us for an exchange, 

if no exchange is available within 48 hours a full refund will be given.   MIDLANDMERCEDES

Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to our premises. All refunds will be reimbursed by the original method of payment or by cheque.

2. Our Guarantee covers parts only.It does not cover any labour or transportation charges or charges from any fault arising from the fitting of this part.

We will refund the price of the part in full but will not pay for any charges mentioned above. 

It is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting.  MIDLANDMERCEDES

In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer has ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned 

to us within 5 working days of purchase at the cost of the customer.

3. Engines: 

Customers must state if ancillaries are required. If request has been made, stating complete engine wanted, this means head, block and sump, 

it does not mean with ancillaries but these may be sold separately at extra cost, any ancillaries left on the engine e.g. water pump, sensors, manifolds, 

engine mounts, hoses, belts, covers, injectors, glow plugs etc are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.

All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain/water pump and filled with new oil upon installation. 

Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void.   MIDLANDMERCEDES

Please preserve all receipts for parts and labour mentioned above as they may be necessary in case of a dispute.

4. Gearboxes must be filled with new oil upon installation, Automatic gearboxes must also be fitted with new filter where applicable and proof of this will be 

required in the event of any problems. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void. 

5. This guarantee is void if any part(s) supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e. seal broken, taken apart etc. 

Please note all parts supplied, are marked with our initials, marks and/or tags, removal of these marks or initials will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.

6. No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway (except for routine service adjustment) without our written permission. 

Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.  MIDLANDMERCEDES 

7. All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. 

If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact us within 24 hours. 

This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company.  MIDLANDMERCEDES

Please note that any glass items are sent at buyers risk, we do our up most to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against breakage.
In the event that the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods sign the Delivery Note to obtain them, but delete any wording in the signature box to

the effect that the goods were 'Received in good condition'. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note are not acceptable.

We will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition.   MIDLANDMERCEDES

Goods once signed for are to be returned at the Customers expense. Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly before being signed for.
