London: Eveleigh Nash & Grayson Limited, no date; [circa 1926-1928].
Vintage edition from the elusive Nash's Popular Library series.
First published in 1911, spawning a sequel, SONS OF THE SHEIK in 1926, this film-based original title is quite SCARCE in this Nash edition, and even more so in the rare dust jacket with evocative, film-inspired art by C. Morse.
Adapted to the 1921 silent film, directed by George Melford, starring Rudolph Valentino and Agnes Ayes.
This film is credited with sky-rocketing Valentino's fame and legend.
