Shipment using a Transhipper ( Licensed Live Fish Importer who handle custom clearence in airport and make the fish come to your country legally, then will forward the fish to buyer adress )   

  HOW TO ORDER ? HERE IS THE PROCESS OF IMPORTING FISH FROM INDONESIA :       

• The buyer chooses the transhipper to be used to assist with imports or can first ask the seller for recommended suggestions. (VERY IMPORTANT: TRY CONTACTING THE TRANSHIPPER YOU USE AND ASK FOR THE SHIPMENT FEES) to make it easier to contact the transhipper, please click the link below which I have included.

•  After the buyer understands then the buyer can choose the fish and pay the seller.

• The buyer pays the fish price + (transfer fee of $ 7.5 per fish for delivery from Indonesia to the Transhipper you are using). So the $ 7.5 fee does not include domestic shipping from the transhipper's address to the buyer's address.

All additional fees must be paid directly to the transhipper to cover USPS / Fedex priority shipping costs.    

• then the seller sends the fish to Transhipper Indonesia. 

•  Transhipper Indonesia will send fish using airport cargo to the buyer transhipper.

• After the fish arrive, the transhipper will charge the shipping fee from the transhipper's address to the buyer's address.

•  After the buyer has paid the bill given by the transhipper, the transhipper will send the fish to the buyer's address.

WHEN THE FISH WILL SHIP?    

    The fish will be delivered depending on the delivery schedule of the selected transhipper. You can message me to know the scheduled delivery date.

AND YOU NEED TO KNOW ... !!! WE SEND FISH EVERY MONTH TO VARIOUS COUNTRIES

DOA [ Dead on Arrival ] POLICY :

• Please don't open the dead betta from the original bag, when you open it then you broke the DOA Guarantee.

• Please send the betta bag picture that show the betta is dead to me

• Buyer can ask for replacement same or higher quality betta with paying again the transhipping cost from Indonesia to Buyer transhipper.
