International Buyers – Please Note:

1, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

2, Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Delivery details

1. Terms of carriage

(1) We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before making a payment, make sure that your address in PayPal matches the address you want us to ship to.

(2) Buyer information: We make every effort to provide you with the most reliable and affordable transportation service method. But sometimes international delivery is largely dependent on the courier company and local customs / responsibility. If you did not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for more help. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Mode of transportation (may change during the epidemic, please contact me if you have any questions)

(1) All items will be shipped via China Post, Singapore Post and Speedpost.

(2) China Post ePacket is only applicable to the US, UK and Australia;

(3) Send Singapore Post to all countries / regions;

(4) Express delivery is limited to US / UK / Canada / Australia.

3. Delivery time

(1) All items will be shipped within 48 working hours after receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or holidays).

(2) Shipping to the US, UK and Australia takes approximately 7-21 days,12-30 days to other countries.

(3) We are not responsible for any customs delays or taxes. The reason is because the transit time is highly dependent and provided by the post office (except weekends and holidays)

If you do not receive the package on time, please contact us for more information and we will fix it for you. If the package is confirmed to be missing, we can return or refund it.

Return policy 

(1)  Please feel free to contact us before returning any items.

(2)  Our official return policy is 30 days from receipt of the item.

(3)  Any items returned to us must be in their original, new condition.
