JT Pignoni manufactures the entire range of aftermarket and original equipment gears and sprockets. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production steps and is then subjected to more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave production. JT Pignoni done it right: from turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After the subsequent heat coating of each item is hand checked - this is JT Sprockets new quality standard in the motorcycle industry.
