This is an antique bowl that is very deep and I am afraid I know nothing about it other than its really well painted with fine detail.
It has a really nice hand painted floral sprays and bird design including a bluetit and a finch of some kind.

It has a nice beaded - jewelled - border at the top rim along with some gilt detailing.

No maker's marks etc.

Please see pictures provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition.
Looks like it has been used, there is some crazed glazing in the bottom of the bowl and it is slightly discoloured.

It measures approx. 75mm deep and 165mm in diameter. So its 6.5 inch top rim dia. x just over 3.5 inch base rim dia. x 3 inch tall. It weighs approx. 433 grams.

I am afraid I know nothing about this bowl as it just came in with other items from a deceased estate, if someone wants to enlighten me about its period and maker I will be all ears. cheers.

My stock ref : in posh porcelain cabinet.
