DESCRIPTION OF THESE SECURITY LABELS:  Each WARRANTY VOID security label is a "one use" seal.  When properly affixed, the label can not be removed without leaving a clear indication of tampering.  No special tool is required to attach these labels.  After being properly affixed, when peeled / removed, the label will leave a silver residue and adhesive behind.  Even if someone attempts to re-affix the label, a clear indication of tampering is still evident (see the listing's photographs).

SPECIFICATIONS: Each WARRANTY VOID label measures approximately .4” tall by 2" wide (10mm x 50mm).  The label is manufactured on a polyester film, holographically lasered and is considered a "high-residue" seal (it has an aggressive, thicker adhesive. When removed, this label is designed to leave some adhesive and foil paint behind).  Each label comes affixed to a peel-off backing so that individual labels can be easily separated from the group.  Each WARRANTY VOID label has it's own six-digit serial number.

COLOR:  These security labels are printed on a holographically lasered, silver foil-colored polyester film.  Because of the holographic lasering, the seal will appear to change colors based on the angle of the light striking the seal.

SURFACE PREPARATION:  The better the seal adheres, the better the tamper indication.  When possible, clean the area the seal is to be affixed to.  Peel the label off its backing and affix it to the area you wish to monitor for tampering (by overlapping the two areas beneath the label).  Firmly press down on the entire surface area of the label to assure the maximum amount of adhesive will come in contact with the substrate / material.  NOTE: These labels will not work properly when affixed to "non-stick" surfaces such as:  Teflon (PTFE), HDPE, silicone, wax or "textured" surfaces.  

APPLICATIONS:  These weather-resistant WARRANTY VOID labels can be used to monitor access to letters, envelopes, packaging, restricted or warranted enclosures.  Affix these tamper-indication labels to equipment your company has to service or warrant.
