This is the outer edge of a bolt of 72' wide felt. Because it has been sitting in the floor of the fabric closet, it has picked up all sorts of litter. Samples have been cut from it so it is not a yard, even though I cut it at the yard mark. It has stains and spots on it but I have priced it well as it is still useable. We used this as the base of headpieces. ttcbx3
