We offer 15-day Refund! Under the conditions that item is returned in the original and new condition. Item must not be opened, worn package, damaged, the item must be returned in perfect condition. Upon receiving the item we will refund the cost of the product only. Delivery both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

If the product arrived in you faulty, we will arrange to have the item picked up and replaced under the seller's cost. The item will be exchanged and will not be refunded. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The replacement item will only be dispatched after the returned product is received. Any item returned after the 7-day period, delivery both ways will be at the buyer's expense. The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use. We require that all parts claimed under warranty to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. Shipping of parts and labour in fitting parts are at the buyer's expense. The warranty does not cover minor nicks& scratches, product misuse, damages caused by improper assembly & installation, mishandling product during movement from the delivery truck to the buyer's premises.

We require payment within 3 days of auction ending. Please contact us to organize alternative or delayed Payments. After you have made your payment please send us your best contact number and confirmation of the delivery address, to make sure          your item arrives to the correct address.

We deliver within 5 working days for most deliveries, however, please allow up to 10 working days.

If you have any special requirements a specialized service will be required and extra charges may apply. Our courier will not be responsible for any assembling work.
