High Performance 310V High Voltag e DC Brushless Motor Driver 220V AC Control

Product description:
This product uses a large integrated circuit to replace the original hardware design, with higher anti-interference and faster response performance. This product is suitable for driving an input current less than 5A, a power supply voltage of AC70V~230V (panel rated voltage AC80V~220V) or a three-phase brushless DC motor without Hall, and has the characteristics of low temperature when working with large currents.

Products used in a series of knitting machines, medical equipment, food packaging machines, power tools, etc.
Electric automation control

Product Details:
external speed display board, display speed; can also be connected to the computer to set the drive parameters;
Double current speed closed loop design, high torque at low speed, stable operation;
 high torque and high speed output, the top speed of 20000rpm; (depending on the user's engine may be)
Speed Control Mode: External PWM speed control or external potentiometer speed adjustment;
 EN (enable), DIR (direction), X1 (brake) signal control end;
 can output speed pulses FG (optical separation, gate output);
Can issue an alarm signal ALM for user detection (optical separation, gate exit);
 With overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, fan control, hall sensor phase error, motor stall protection and other protection functions
70-220VAC input, 5A current, could drive a brushless DC motor under 1100W power

Main function:
This product can realize the following functions: (The factory default setting is square wave hall open loop mode)
1. Square Wave has hall speed open loop operation
2. Square wave has hall speed closed loop operation
3. Square wave without hall speed open loop operation
4. Square wave without Hall speed loop operation
5. Open-loop constant torque operation (long-term overload operation is strictly prohibited)
6. Closed-loop constant torque operation (long-term overload operation is prohibited)
The above functions can be set according to the PC software or handheld debugger provided by our company.

Note: If there is no Hall operation, there is no directional control function;
