Missing or Faulty Goods

In normal circumstances, most items are received in 48hrs and all items are tracked, however, on the odd occasion items can take longer to get to the destination than plan if Royal Mail or couriers have resourcing issues due to Covid.

Please allow up to 14 days for your goods to arrive.  We cannot Process claims with Royal Mail until 14 days after the goods have been shipped.

All items are carefully packed before being dispatched.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  We offer a Full refund or Replace on all of our products, we want our customers to be 100% happy with every single purchase.

Please contact us with any issues regarding delivery problems, damaged items or warranty returns.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days. We will make a refund provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Please return a note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence or the Item has been supplied wrongly. Items returned for exchange/repair under warranty buyer to pay for all post costs

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Any items that are soiled or dirty will not be processed and will be sent back to sender.
