This Ultra Mobile SIM Card (PayGo) is used in any unlocked phone that supports VoLTE (4G & 5G) service. It can be used in the USA and International (Roaming Fees Apply), or enable WIFI Calling and pay no roaming fees if outside the USA.

This SIM Card comes un-activated and can be activated by you after you receive it. It comes with 30-days of service; including 100 minutes, 100 text messages, and 100 MB of data. It works anywhere in the USA where T-Mobile's 5G or 4G LTE towers are located. Unlocked 5G or 4G VoLTE device required.

When activating the SIM Card, you can assign a new USA phone number to the SIM Card or transfer/port your existing phone number. You can access your account online and can enroll in automatic payments or make your $3/month payment every 30-days.

Compatibility

4G LTE or 5G VoLTE Requirement

These SIM Cards work in phones and alarm systems that are compatible with 4G LTE and 5G phone service that use VoLTE technology. Please email us with the make and model of your phone or alarm system to verify compatibility PRIOR to making a purchase if you are uncertain if your device is compatible.

Phone Compatibility

Cell phones from nearly every manufacturer will work on the Ultra Mobile network as long as they are 4G VoLTE or 5G compatible and use a SIM card. This includes most Apple and Android phones.

Alarm Compatibility

This SIM Card IS compatible with our STS-417 and STS-456 alarm systems, and our STS-LTEB cellular dialers.

This SIM Card is NOT compatible with our other alarm systems, including our STS-309 and STS-310 alarm systems.

USPS has been taking much longer than the estimated shipping arrival dates. Please allow up to 20 days longer than the estimated delivery date that ebay advertises. We will provide tracking for international orders, but once it leaves the USA, it will not update again until it's delivered. If you are not able to wait up-to 20 extra days past the estimated arrival date (if outside the USA), please do not purchase this item.

Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns for any reason. However, we do guarantee it against manufacturer defects for 30-days and will be happy to exchange it. Please note that we do not guarantee the SIM Card to work in areas that don't have cellular service, or those areas that do not have the proper cellular towers that are compatible with the SIM Card.
