In glass clear, lightweight, soft and supple PVC.  Slightly rustley and a bit noisy.

Measures as follows:

Waist (i.e. top of pants) stretches to 40" (102cm)
Legs unstretched 18" (46cm) stretch to 34" (86cm)
Sides 1 1/2" (4cm)
