The sign does not say "go back to Russia" per se, but rather asks the reader to do something anatomically improbable (first line), to do the same act again (second line), and finally exhorts the reader to continue doing such acts all the way back to Russia.
Proceeds go to UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), to be specially earmarked for Ukraine relief efforts.
