Using Guides:

1.Tear off the sealing tape.

2.Install the ink cartridges(Black/Colour) into the right slot.

3.Click "OK/Yes " or "Hide" if getting a "Non-HP cartridges" prompt.

Tips:

1.Please don't touch or scratch the chips and don't puncture or remove the transparent plastic film coverd on the ink outlet hole.

2.If prints come with color fading, streak or broken lines, please try to clean the print head.

3.Please clean the chip with cloth or eraser if they can not be recognized by printer.Sometimes the chip will be dirty or oxidized.

4.Please try to downgrade the firmware of your printer if you keep getting a "Non-HP cartridges" prompt.
