Comes with everything in the photos, but nothing else. I have every reason to believe the item is brand new. It is still in the shrink wrap. However, there is a massive whole in the cellophane wrapping as seen in the photos. This was purchased in a large collection and the owner simply did not have time to open and enjoy this item. Many other items were opened and verified, but new and sealed ones were kept sealed for obvious reasons.

In an effort to be economical and environmentally friendly, recycled packaging is often used.
