The Pyramid Extenda Fenda EXTRA caters for those riders who seek a practical and substantial solution for protecting their motorcycle from the elements. Customer comments and suggestions always prove invaluable to the Pyramid design team and longer front mudguards have always been a frequent topic of conversation. The Extenda Fenda EXTRA aims to be the most functional mudguard extension available for your motorcycle. This product will help keep your exhaust headers and lower engine free from dirt whilst also protecting your expensive radiator from stone damage. Specifically designed to follow the contour of your motorcycle's front guard, the Extenda Fenda EXTRA is supplied with laser-cut brackets and all necessary fixings. Kit Includes:

1 x C051905 Moulding

2 x CFK051905 Brackets (pair)

4 x CBOL0106 M5 x 12mm Black Stainless Steel Bolt

8 x CWAS0105 M5 Stainless Steel Washer

4 x CNUT0151 M5 Stainless Steel Serrated Nut

1 x CFOA0002 Foam Strip 20mm x 1.5mm (cut to 190mm in length)

4 x CFIT0013 Push-rivet


Fitting Instructions:

We advise the use of thread locking fluid on all the fixings for this product.

Loosely attach the mudguard to the brackets using the M5 fixings supplied. Place the M5 stainless steel washers under the bolt head and under the serrated nut.

Cut and attach the foam provided in the area marked ‘A’ below.

Remove the bottom OEM bolts from the brake calipers marked ‘B’ below. 

Attach the mudguard assembly to the brake calipers using the OEM bolts. Once the mudguard is in place, check alignment. The exact position of the mudguard can be adjusted by pulling/pushing the assembly up/down if required. Avoid excessive pressure if doing so.

Now tighten all the mounting points. Check fixings periodically.

Note: The 4 push-rivets supplied are not integral to the fitment of this product, but have been supplied for those customers who would prefer to have mechanical fixing at the point where the two guards meet.
