We use local www.Post.lt standart economy airmail. There you can check your parcels locations too.
We always add tracking numbers so there is low chance to lost a parcel.
Our handling and processing time is only 0 days :) So we are shipping same bussines day! We do not send parcels during holidays or national unemployment days.
Items will be well packaged. If you have not received your package after the estimated number of days please inform us and we will immediately check it.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
If item is not working as it should you must show us paper work from car service to proof that it is real damage.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as it was before buying.
Attention. All our parts are marked with visible and invisible markings.
We will refund you once we receive parcel back and inspect it.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
