The Noise Eater NE-1/NE-10 is a revolutionary vibration-damping item that enables quieter playing of the V-drum series. When playing drums, the action of pressing the kick pedal or hi-hat control pedal is a major source of bass noise and vibration. These are easily transmitted to the downstairs and neighboring rooms, especially through floor surfaces, and often cause annoyance to family members and neighbors. This is where two types of noise eaters come into play. The NE-1 is a small type that can be attached to the legs of various stands, and the NE-10 is a board type that can be placed under various pedals to create a vibration-isolating effect. Compared to the case without the pedals, noise to the floor below can be reduced by approximately 75%*.

Noise Eater's superior anti-vibration performance is achieved by its uniquely shaped hemispherical anti-vibration rubber. This hemispherical rubber absorbs and effectively disperses vibrations caused by pedal action. In addition, the rubber's resilience is always maintained at an optimum level, ensuring high stability and preventing wobbling during performance. The NE-10's board is made of steel plate and rubber in one piece, making the anti-vibration board itself less prone to noise, and together with the 12 hemispherical rubber isolators on the bottom, it absorbs vibrations quietly. The NE-10 is compatible with the KD-9 kick pad, KD-7 kick trigger and FD-8 hi-hat control pedal.
